1. Scope
This policy applies to professional service fees paid directly to Nordex Education. It does not apply to fees paid to universities, embassies, language test providers, courier services, or any other third party.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of payment — full refund of service fees if no significant work has commenced.
- After work has commenced — partial refund based on the stage of work completed and resources allocated.
- After visa lodgement or admission letter issuance — no refund of service fees.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- University application fees and tuition deposits.
- Embassy or consulate visa fees and biometrics charges.
- IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, and other test fees.
- Courier, notarization, attestation, and legalization charges.
- Travel, accommodation, and insurance charges arranged on your behalf.
4. Visa Refusal
A visa refusal does not automatically entitle you to a refund. We will, however, advise on the refusal grounds and assist with appeals or reapplications under a separate engagement.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send a written refund request to nordexeducation@gmail.com with your full name, payment receipt, and reason for the request. We will respond within 7 working days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 to 21 working days through the original payment method. Bank or payment-gateway charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, Nordex Education may approve refunds outside the standard policy at its sole discretion. Such approvals do not establish a precedent for future cases.
