4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are payable as per your signed agreement. Government fees, university application fees, language test fees, courier charges, and third-party charges are separate and non-refundable.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Admission and visa decisions are made by universities and government authorities. While we work diligently on every case, Nordex Education does not guarantee admission, scholarship, or visa approval.
